During his training at East 15 Acting School Tom had the privilege of working and training with some the county's finest acting and directing talent. He then went on to train in screen writing in Oxford, before developing a reputation internationally as a workshop leader for young people. Tom is the co-writer and co-director of Award Winning film Edit/ Undo, and has worked on a range of professional film productions including shoots for channel 4 and a music video Lana Del Rey.

Tom founded UK production company Inspiring film and thrives on passing on his industry experience on to young actors and film makers. He directs online adverts, writes and voices animations and continues to develop scripts aimed at UK television.
Tom's work with children has been extensive including leading workshops in South America, China and across hundreds of UK schools. Tom has an indepth understanding of personal development and how to nurture confidence in young people to help them realise their full potential.

Since graduating with a BA hons in acting Tom has worked in a range of professional roles both as an actor, director and workshop leader. He has directed documentaries in Zambia, Zimbabwe and France,
acted in a UK tour of Charlotte's Web and performed in front of crowd
of 70,000 people at the FIFA World Club Championships in Abu Dhabi.
Oliver’s journey into film making began with a masters in Mechanical engineering at Oxford University. His studies at Oxford have given him a sound grounding in the technical elements of film making such as camera work, editing, lighting, sound and a solid understanding of the mechanics of filming equipment.
Having undergone further cinematography training post university, Oliver works professionally in the film industry and was the cinematographer for the multi award winning Edit/ undo. As a camera man Oliver has shot material screened on Sky television and on international TV. He has also produced film for Getty Images, Oxford University Press and McGraw Hill education.
Oliver is passionate about engaging students in the technical elements of film making, and has a very positive and encouraging approach which our students warm to. As a co-producer with Inspiring Drama, Oliver is a fantastic DOP and editor for our young film makers to learn from.

Sandra has years of experience working with young people and thrives on what she considers to be the privilege of working with children. She trained as an editor and animator at film school in Madrid before continuing to work professionally as a film maker in London and Oxford.
Sandra is part of the multi award winning Edit/ Undo team. She uses her super artistic eye to produce creative wonders in our animation department and students often get super excited when they see her adept skill in graphics, illustration and special FX. Sandra trains students in editing and directing skills.
Editor & Animator
Emily trained in community theatre at East 15 acting school and is a specialist drama workshop facilitator. She has a wealth of experience working with young people and leads an array of popular workshops, with a focus on using theatre, drama and play to improve self - confidence and develop potential. Emily has lead forum theatre workshops at university level and has a range of special skills including dance and circus skills that she integrates into our workshops.
It is Emily's skills in developing a brilliant group dynamic and a sense of fun that make her classes special. Emily also leads film courses for international students as well as specialising in workshops for community groups such as the elderly and the disenfranchised. As an actress Emily has performed across the UK and in France.
